We have personally chosen to eat locally grown Organic for many years, but when the opportunity came along to promote it, and share some information about why we eat this way, it was a clear choice for us. We enjoy learning about the many different theories and practices of healthy food preparation, all in an effort to accommodate your individual food requirements. With all the reading, research and conversations with our guests and vendors, we know that this food is not just better for you, it just plain tastes better.
And the knowledge of who is growing and handling our food is very important to us.
